Throughout my career, I have trained and counseled hundreds of people ranging from wellness clients of all ages and backgrounds, to fitness enthusiasts at all levels and even world-class competitive athletes, fitness models, bikini models and figure competitors.
As always, I like to continue motivating my clients to achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. I feel that fitness modeling plays a critical part in motivating men and women of all ages, whether it is to get into shape, maintain their weight, or to one day compete in fitness.
For 15 years, I participated in both singles and Precision Figure Skating, competing at four Canadian Championships. I also coached at many world class figure skating schools, judged free style competitions and even designed and developed off-ice training and conditioning programs.

From years of creating results-oriented programs, fitness and nutrition counseling, and teaching on and off ice figure skating programs, I truly believe that fitness provides an element in which men and women can benefit in their everyday health, appearance and confidence. I feel that the competitive fitness industry has really encouraged people from all walks of life to push themselves beyond their comfort zone to levels they never dreamed of achieving.
